SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are shipped from our factory located in the United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery in Mexico takes between 15 and 20 business days.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS
The prices shown on our site include customs duties. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more details on these charges, please contact your local customs office.
RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the address written on the shipment does not contain one of the data requested on the payment screen, the refund will be processed when the product is returned by the courier.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Sale items cannot be refunded
